Guided by her background in early childhood education, she writes with intention to help children navigate big feelings and everyday challenges. Her storytelling is inspired by real-world experiences and grounded in a deep commitment to quality, equity, and nurturing confident, emotionally supported young readers. Gianna brings both passion and purpose to everything she creates.

Outside of work and writing, Gianna finds joy in her puppy, volunteering, being the "fun auntie" to her niece and nephew, reading and building safe, imaginative spaces for children to thrive.
